General Conditions of Use

Article 1 - Definitions


MADORA: means the sole proprietorship Marie Orange, registered with the RNE under number 07 63 50 92 92, whose domicile is located at 1 rue de Bois Minard - 77760 Nanteau-sur-Essonne (France), operating under the trade name MADORA.


Service: means all services provided by MADORA under this Contract, as provided for in the Quote.


Site: means the MADORA website accessible at the following address: www.madoraweb.com.


The User: refers to any visitor to the Site, professional or individual, whether or not a customer of MADORA.


Article 2 - Purpose


The purpose of these T&Cs is to define the conditions of accessibility and use of the Site.


Article 3 - Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Use


By accessing or using this Site, the User unconditionally accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site (hereinafter "T&Cs").


MADORA reserves the right to update these T&Cs Site at any time and without notice.


When using the Site, the User is required to regularly refer to the latest version of the T&Cs of the Site.


If the User does not accept the changes made to the T&Cs, he or she must cease all use of the Site.


Article 4 - Information available on the Site


The purpose of the Site is to present MADORA and its range of Services.

5.2 Trademark law


Unless otherwise stated, the company names, logos, Services and brands reproduced or cited on the Site are the property of MADORA or its partners.


Any reproduction of these signs, without the prior written authorization of MADORA or, where applicable, the holder of the rights relating to these signs, is prohibited.


5.3 Third-party rights

MADORA is in no way responsible for the content of the websites that the User accesses via the Site.MADORA may not be held liable for direct or indirect damages, whether material or immaterial, resulting from the use of the website to which the User has accessed via the Site, errors, lack of availability of information or the presence of a virus on this site.


10.2 Hypertext links to the Site


Any User is authorized to establish a hypertext link on the home page of the Site provided that he does not make the Site appear as his own, or distort its contents and that the establishment of this link is not carried out for commercial or advertising purposes.

Article 11 - Updating the T&Cs


MADORA reserves the right to update these T&Cs at any time and without notice. When using the Site, the User is required to regularly refer to the latest T&Cs of the Site, which are accessible at any time on the Site.


Article 12 - Waiver and severability


Does not constitute a waiver of a provision of these T&Cs the fact that MADORA does not respect or enforce said provision.


In the event that a provision of these T&Cs is declared invalid or inapplicable, MADORA undertakes to modify this provision in order to make it valid or applicable, without this modification affecting the other provisions of the T&Cs.


Article 13 - Applicable Law


These T&Cs are governed by and subject to French law.


Any dispute relating to the conclusion, interpretation, execution or termination of these T&Cs will be subject to a search for an amicable agreement. Any dispute that may arise between the parties as a result of the conclusion, interpretation or execution of these T&Cs will be resolved by the competent Courts determined according to the rules of common law.
