Cookies policy

When the User first visits the Site, they are prompted to install cookies on their connection device. Cookies are computer files installed on the hard drive of a device, used by the Site and the Platform to send information to the Visitor's or User's browser and allowing this browser to send information back to the Site or the Platform (for example a session identifier, the choice of a language or a date).

MADORA may use three types of cookies:

  • Mandatory functional cookies, necessary for the proper functioning of the Site, MADORA applications or services;
  • Statistical cookies that allow MADORA to collect information relating to the use made of the Site in order to improve the ergonomics and services of the Site;
  • Marketing cookies that allow MADORA to send the User advertisements tailored to their interests.
  • The data generated by the Cookies concern the use made of the Site by the User.

When the User accesses the Site, a banner informing him of the purpose of the Cookies used, the possibility of customizing his preferences and the fact that continuing his navigation constitutes agreement appears.

The duration of consent is a maximum of 13 months and depends on the Cookie used. The information relating to each Cookie, its functionalities and its retention period are presented on the Site, from the "I choose" tab of the banner relating to the Cookies of the Site.

MADORA reminds the User that they are advised to regularly delete Cookies from their terminal via their browser and that several options are possible for this purpose.

The User can indeed configure the browser of their various terminals in order to accept all cookies, or to reject them or to choose those that they choose to accept or refuse depending on the issuer or, on a case-by-case basis, prior to the installation of Cookies.

The configuration of each browser is different and can be found in the help menu of the browser used or on its website.

When the User objects to the installation or use of a Cookie, a refusal Cookie is installed on their terminal. Deleting this refusal Cookie will no longer allow the User's refusal to be identified.

The same applies to consent Cookies installed when the User consents to the installation of Cookies.

In order for the consent settings to be retained, the consent or refusal Cookies must be stored in the User's terminal.
